LVIV ART GALLERY

The Lviv Art Gallery is the biggest artistic museum in the UKraine. Paintings, sculptures and designs from a host of artists are all housed there. The total number of exhibits numbers around fifty thousand. It was at the beginning of 1907 that a collection of art was purchased, by the council, from a Ukrainian sugar magnate Yakovych.
