MUSEUM OF UKRAINAIN ETHNOGRAPHY AND CRAFTS

One of the most beautiful buildings in Lviv, the museum of Ethnography and Crafts was built in 1891 by architect Julian Zachariewicz for Galicia Savings Bank. It is topped with a sculpture by L.Marconi, "Thrift", (symbolizing the economical progress of Galicia). Inside is the "Fortune" statue by J.Markowski, (below).
