1.Return Tickets are valid for 6 months from the date of outgoing                  
                   departure. Open tickets do not guarantee a seat will be available for any departure.
             2. The passengers must confirm their return journey at least 72 hours before
                   departure, otherwise the company leaves the right to cancel the reservation.
             3. For changes of booked reservations £10 fee is charged.
             4. Open return tickets - extra £20.
             5. The tickets are non-transferrable.
             6. Outbound tickets - extra £10
             7. Infants up to 4 years old travel free. Children 4 -12 are eligible for child prices.
             8. Cancellation charges depend on the date of cancellation and will be as follows:
                   - more than 10 days before departure - 10%;
                   - from 10 to 3 days - 50%;
                   - less than 3 days - no refunds;
                   - no refunds for unused return journey.
             9. Passengers must be at the departure point at least 30 min prior to departure.
           10. Hand luggage up to 5kg is included in the fare plus one suitcase (80x55x25cm) and
                     not exceeding 30kg. The additional luggage will be accepted only in case the space is available for
                     charge of extra £0.80 per kilo.
           11. Smoking and the consumption of alcohol are strictly forbidden.
           12. The carrier disclaims any responsibility for problems with national immigration laws
                     and will not refund any cost arising from refusal or permission to enter or leave any country.
                      Passengers MUST make sure of all relevant entry/re-entry visa requirements.      
            13. Eastern European Travel gives its advice on journey times in good faith, but does
                     not guarantee the completion of any journey at a specific time and will not be liable for loss or
                     inconvenience to any passenger, passengers representative or dependents, caused by breakdown,
                     strikes, weather ferry or shuttle delay or any other circumstances outside the control of Eastern
                     European Travel.
