Named after the son of Prince Danylo Halyts'kyi, Leo, Lviv has over 2000 historical sites of interest. This includes monuments and churches as well as art galleries and theatres.

Lviv has a population of over 800,000 people, a figure which increases by 25% each day when people travel into the city to work. This ensures that there are all the modern amenities of any large city and no end to things to do. For more information, click on the "Map" link to the left.
